October 7, 2024 Introductory Meeting
As the ALKU Industrial Engineering Society, we aim to foster a stronger community through our annual introductory meetings, fostering a connection between our members and strengthening our community. Through the introduction of our departments and these meetings with members, we aim to achieve a more current and dynamic structure each year.
Introduction events held at the beginning of the academic year introduce our departments to prospective colleagues who wish to join our society and provide comprehensive information about our activities. These events are crucial for listening to the valuable ideas of our members and for engaging in one-on-one conversations with volunteers who want to contribute to our society.
October 9, 2024 Uğur Sayılı Conference
Our esteemed speaker, Uğur Sayılı, provided in-depth information on the current role of industrial engineering and its importance across industries.
During the conference, he highlighted topics such as analytical thinking, solution skills, and data analytics, and detailed the impact of lean manufacturing on businesses. We thank Uğur Sayılı for his valuable contributions and hope to share similar successes in our future events.
October 26, 2024 Volleyball Tournament
The volleyball tournament we organized as the Industrial Engineering Society was an enjoyable event, showcasing the unifying power of sports among our members and featuring fun and competitive moments. Participating teams not only strengthened their team spirit but also competed with high motivation, enjoying an unforgettable experience. This event significantly contributed to strengthening the principles of solidarity, friendship, and unity within our community.
November 18, 2024 KOSGEB Conference
We invited our students who want to embark on their entrepreneurial journey to our conference on KOSGEB Young Entrepreneurship and Employment Support. The conference was held with the valuable contributions of KOSGEB Representative İbrahim Uğur Erkiş.
At this event, they will have the opportunity to learn comprehensively about government support offered to young entrepreneurs, equip themselves with important information about the business world, and shape their career plans. They also provided inspiring sharing and networking opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Our participating members found answers to their questions about the process of starting their own business and had the opportunity to take a significant step toward building their future.
05.12.2024 Conference on Problems Encountered in Business Life
The conference titled "Legal Problems and Solutions in Business Life," held at ALKU Faculty of Education, comprehensively addressed legal risks encountered in the business world and proposed solutions to these risks.
Attorney Emrah Taşkın, one of the conference speakers, provided important information on practical solutions to problems encountered in labor law. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Agâh Kürşat Karauz evaluated the legal framework of the business world from an academic perspective.
The event was highly productive and interactive, thanks to the intense interest and questions posed by the participants. The networking session following the event also forged many new professional connections.
December 16, 2024 Clay Workshop Event
The clay workshop event organized by our community offered our participants an unforgettable and inspiring experience. Held in a warm and creative atmosphere, the event provided an opportunity for everyone to showcase their own art.
In this workshop, inspired by the motto "Hands get dirty, but the soul finds peace," we transformed our imaginations into shapes. The unique works that came to life in the hands of the participants demonstrated both the transformative power of art and the joy of collaborative creation.
Our hands met clay, and our creativity was unleashed. Through the resulting works and the shared moments, we all experienced a unique artistic experience together.
February 25, 2025 Everything About Teknofest Conference
At our conference, where Mr. Halil İbrahim Akboğa, the Antalya Provincial Representative of the T3 Foundation, participated as a speaker, we had the opportunity to answer many frequently asked questions about Teknofest and the T3 Foundation. Mr. Halil İbrahim Akboğa spoke extensively about the foundation's activities, the impact of Teknofest on young people, and opportunities in the field of technology. Participants received both inspiring information and the opportunity to increase their awareness of technology.

February 26, 2025 ERP Information Conference
At our "ERP Information" conference, held with the valuable participation of Mr. Birol Olgun, participants gained important information in a wide range of areas, from efficiency and optimization to production and management. During the conference, practical solutions were shared for common business problems, and the role of ERP systems in today's industrial world was thoroughly explored.
It was discussed in detail.
It was emphasized that ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems integrate many business processes, such as production, inventory, human resources, accounting, and purchasing, enabling businesses to operate efficiently and in a coordinated manner. In this context, the time, cost, and labor advantages that ERP offers companies were explained with examples.
This event, where we had the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of Mr. Birol Olgun, made significant contributions to both the professional development and the business world perspective of our students.
March 16, 2025 Mirror Painting Event
The Mirror Painting Event, organized by our community, was an art workshop where participants showcased their creativity and had a great time.
Combining colors, patterns, and personal touches, the students reflected their own styles on mirrors to create unique designs.
This event, intertwined with art, offered a free environment where both mental relaxation and individual expression were at the forefront. Participants experienced the joy of creating, breaking away from their daily routines, and at the end of the event, they had the opportunity to take home the mirrors they had crafted.
This delightful event, combining creativity, sincerity, and fun, has become an unforgettable memory for our community members.
12-13.05.2025 ENYÜKA Summit
As our community, we held a special gathering under the theme "EvoTech Vision," where we shed light on the cutting-edge technology and experienced the future today. This event brought together leading figures in numerous fields, from artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing technologies to digital transformation and sectoral innovation, paving the way for the sharing of knowledge and experience in technology.
With inspiring talks and interactive sessions delivered by expert speakers, our participants had the opportunity to closely follow technological developments and prepare for the world of the future, going beyond simply keeping pace with technological transformation. Throughout the event, the impact of artificial intelligence applications on the business world, the contributions of advanced manufacturing techniques to sectoral transformation, the advantages of digitalization for businesses, and the changes innovation has brought to various sectors were discussed in detail.
The event, which attracted over 500 participants, brought together technology enthusiasts, academics, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals, fostering opportunities for knowledge exchange and collaboration. As a result, participants forged new connections, developed industry collaborations, and had the opportunity to refine their career goals.
The speakers at the event shared their experiences and visions as pioneers in their fields. Participants gained a comprehensive perspective on the future of technology and experienced multifaceted learning by interacting with experts from diverse disciplines.

May 23, 2025 Alumni Reunion
The event, which was attended by our school's esteemed alumni, Mr. Tarık Uzunyayla, Miraç Akça, Birol Olgun, and Murat Can Yalçın, enjoyed an enjoyable and productive gathering. At this special event, our graduates shared their knowledge and experience, making important assessments about the future of the industry. By sharing their experiences with their younger colleagues, they illuminated their career paths and served as a source of inspiration.

26.05.2025 Kuzey Boru Technical Trip
The Kuzey Boru technical trip, organized by the Industrial Engineering Society, provided our students with the opportunity to gain a closer look at the industry and witness production processes firsthand.
During the trip, participants visited Kuzey Boru's production facilities and had the opportunity to closely examine the different stages of pipe manufacturing and the advanced technologies used.
Thanks to presentations and hands-on demonstrations by company representatives, students had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical application. The technical trip enhanced the students' sectoral knowledge and significantly contributed to their career planning.
We thank the Kuzey Boru officials for providing our students with such a valuable experience.
May 13, 2025, Industrial Engineering Association Conference
The conference, held at our school with the participation of the Industrial Engineering Association, hosted Chairman of the Board Halil İbrahim Dağ and Board Members Mehmet Türe and Ufuk Peker.
Throughout the conference, speakers shared their resumes and professional experiences, illuminating students' career planning.
They answered participants' questions and offered important industry insights and recommendations.
