A conference titled "Theory of Constraints – Understanding and Improving Flow" was held at our faculty.
Dr. Tomaž Aljaž from the Faculty of Commercial and Business Sciences, Celje, Slovenia, participated as a speaker in a seminar organized by our department on October 14, 2025.
The conference, titled "Theory of Constraints – Understanding and Improving Flow," addressed topics such as identifying bottlenecks in processes, improving flow, and the impact of team communication on performance. The practical exercises performed at the event increased student participation and provided both enjoyable and educational moments.
Dr. Aljaž explained the fundamental principles of the theory of constraints with examples and enriched his presentation with interactive activities aimed at developing participants' problem-solving and teamwork skills. At the end of the conference, students enjoyed an enjoyable session where they had the opportunity to put what they learned into practice.
