Our department, Industrial Engineering Society, broke new ground in Alanya!
Our University's Industrial Engineering Community broke new ground in Alanya with the ENYÜKA (Emerging Career Steps in Industry) Summit. This year's summit, whose theme was 'InovAI Connect' and slogan 'INNOVATIVE MEETING TO SHAPE TOMORROW', hosted a wide range of participants. Our esteemed rector Prof. Dr. Kenan Ahmet TÜRKDOĞAN, our esteemed dean Prof. Dr. Erhan CENGİZ, Dear Head of Department Prof. Dr. Mehmet Gümüş and my valuable faculty members honored our event with their participation. During the event, participants had the opportunity to listen to the unique experiences and knowledge of 8 speakers who are experts in their fields. Speakers offered valuable information about industrial innovations, artificial intelligence applications and future technologies.
The summit was also enriched with various events that allowed participants to expand their professional networks. Many companies opened stands and collected job and internship applications, which attracted great attention from the participants. Students had the opportunity to direct their career plans by having one-on-one meetings with potential employers.
The event is the first summit of this kind organized in Alanya and is considered a great innovation for both our university and Alanya. After this successful organization of our community, there was a great motivation to organize similar events in the future. Our university will continue to contribute to the career development of our students with such events.
